Providing Rescue and Rehabilitation

At Sunrise Sanctuary and Rescue we provide training, lessons and rehabilitation services to financially support our rescue mission. All (100%) of the funds received from these services support our rescue efforts for feed, supplements, vet/farrier care and other services for the horses health. The lessons also provide the horses with an opportunity to make human connections and potentially find their new forever home. Potential adopters are also provided an opportunity to work with the horse before you commit to adoption.
Our lessons and horse training programs provide a service to the community while at the same time providing the funds needed to continue our mission of rescue, rehabilitation and responsible rehoming. Our rehabilitation program is focused on helping horse owners care for their horses post-surgery, through lameness or founder issues, or other horse related care.
